Because smitti pieces are individually handmade and released in limited quantities, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color preference, or other non-defective reasons. Please review all product photographs, dimensions, materials, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us (hello@shopsmitti.com) as soon as possible with your order number and photographs showing the issue so that we can make it right.
