Shipping policy

Each smitti piece is individually made, inspected, and packed by hand. Please allow 2–4 business days for in-stock orders to be prepared for shipment unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

smitti is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery delays outside of our control. If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll work with you to help resolve the issue.
